Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a peace activist, storyteller, and educator with over a decade of hands-on experience in cross-cultural dialogue in Israel-Palestine and the MENA region.
Growing up, I was “the other.” In France, I was the Israeli Jew whose parents were from Algeria. In Israel, I was the girl with a French accent. I was never from “here,” and I had to answer the question, “What are you?” from an early age. I learned to connect to my past and present through listening and telling stories, of where I came from, where I am, and where I envision the future.
These intersectional identities and complex experiences informed the story-based framework that I developed after working with hundreds of youth and adults from this region.

More Than Stories — The Story-Based Framework
Engaged humans who seek to learn and make a social impact should have access to the support, tools, and knowledge they need to create hope and effectively work for equality, inclusion, and social justice.
That’s why More Than Stories offers peacebuilding dialogue, training, and workshops in multicultural, cross-cultural, interfaith, and conflict settings in Israel-Palestine and the greater MENA region.
More Than Stories combines conflict and narrative analysis with story-based communication frameworks to help participants share their experiences, learn from others, raise awareness, and make an impact.
Good communication always begins with a story—the Who, What, When, Where, and Why—of where we’ve come from, where we are, or where we’re going. More Than Stories equips participants to tell their stories, practice empathic and open listening to stories of others, and take action to make our present and future better for all of us.
